สำหรับ EP.2 Cabin Preparation ลูกเรือต้องตรวจเช็คห้องโดยสารให้เรียบร้อยเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมทั้งตอน Take-off และ Landing จะพูดอย่างไรให้ดู Professional ฝึกตามในโพสนี้ได้เลยค่ะ มีทั้งหมด 6 สถานการณ์ (Scenario)
Seatbelt
- As we get ready for take-off/landing, could you please make sure your seatbelt is fastened?
Electronic Device
- Would it be possible to stow your laptop in the overhead bin?
- May I kindly ask you to switch your mobile device to airplane mode now? I appreciate your cooperation.
Seat and Table
- Please ensure your seatback is in the upright position and your tray table is stowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
Window
- Excuse me, could you please open your window blind for takeoff and landing? Thank you.
Baggage
- For your safety and comfort, would you please place your bag in the overhead bin?
Lavatory
- As we prepare for takeoff, please return to your seats and refrain from using the lavatory.
